2020 Perseids and Historic Wyoming Dude Ranch Experience

Star parties, talks: Daily astronomy/science talks on a variety of topics (requests welcome). Nightly star parties (weather and schedule permitting) under the dark skies on the ranch with Sirius Travel’s astronomers.

Horseback Riding: Each person is furnished with a horse matched to his or her ability, and a comfortable western saddle. The CM has an exceptionally fine string of horses, both gentle and spirited, suitable for the beginner or the expert rider. They are well adapted to mountain terrain.

Riding Instruction: It is not necessary to know how to ride before coming to the ranch. It takes but a short time to learn, and excellent instruction is provided as needed.

Fly Fishing: Access to private fishing waters and equipment rentals are included with your stay.  Guide services additional.

Other Ranch amenities: fly fishing, hiking, swimming, square dances, rodeos, and cookouts. Enjoy the pool and relaxing hot tub. Programs for children as well!

Pickup at Jackson Hole Airport and drop-off:  If Jackson Hole (JAC airport code) is your airport of choice, you will be picked up at the airport by a vehicle from CM as well as delivering you back to JAC on Sunday for your departure.

Accommodations:  7 nights, Sunday, August 9 ~ Sunday, August 16, 2020. You’ll get to room, at no extra charge, with another Sirius traveler!! Due to ranch housing, we cannot offer single rooms.

Meals: Sirius provides all your meals, from the opening night, Sunday, August 9 – final breakfast, Sunday, August 16. You’ll enjoy wonderful meals during this trip.

Cocktail events:  The ranch will provide a cocktail party, Monday evening, August 10.  For the rest of the days, it’s BYOB.

Daily maid service: Your accommodations will be cleaned daily.

Gratuities:  Sirius pays all standard gratuities to the ranch.

Liquor: Wine and beer are provided at Monday night cocktail party. You will have the opportunity to stop in Dubois on Sunday after being picked up at the airport at a liquor store if you’d like to bring your choice of spirits.

Transportation: Your airfare to/from Jackson, or airport of choice.

Airports: The closest airport is Jackson, Wyoming (airport code: JAC).  Almost all major carriers fly into Jackson.  Salt Lake City (SLC) is another choice, please be aware it is about a 5 ½ hour drive from SLC to Dubois.  Denver International Airport is about an 8-hour drive.

Laundry & other amenities:   The CM ranch does provide laundry services, wash and dry at a reasonable cost-$7.50 per load.

Fishing guide: Guide service is available for an extra fee.

$4172 per traveler, 13 and older – double occupancy

$1000 – Children 4 and under

$3772 – Children 5-12

To secure a reservation, initial deposit ($1000) with a completed reservation form is required.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email or mail to Sirius Travel.

2nd payment ($1000) due October 10, 2020

Final payment due April 10, 2020

Cancellations made prior to August 9, 2019 are fully refundable.

If cancellations are made:

• 8/10/2019 – 2/9/2020 (6 months prior to travel): 90% of your tour payments are refunded
• 2/10/2020 – 5/11/2020 (90 days prior to travel): 75% of your tour payments are refunded.

There are no refunds after May 11, 2020
